The market erratic behavior continues. The RUT, a major market index, catapults nearly 7% in the opening seconds. 7% in seconds!!! And then collapses about 6% a few minutes later!!! Everyone is drunk on eggnog not paying attention. Traders do not believe there is anything to worry about in the markets. No word yet on the reason for the dramatic event.
